Welcome to Power Engines. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every engine and product we produce. Because all our builds are custom and performance-focused, our refund and return policy has been carefully designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and accountability for both our customers and our team.


⚙️ Stock Product Return Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, the following conditions apply:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to most returned stock products. Some manufacturers we partner with may charge a higher restocking fee based on their own policies.

  • Our return policy for products manufactured by outside services follows the terms and conditions of those manufacturers and cannot override their specific policies.

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the original purchase date. After this period, the sale is considered final.

  • Shipping costs (both to you and for return shipments) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Damaged items will not be credited, so please ensure proper packaging and insurance when returning products.

  • All returns must be received within seven (7) days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Items not returned within this timeframe are considered sold and final.

⚠️ Important: Please inspect your engine or shipment upon delivery.
Any visible damages must be noted with the carrier immediately. Failure to do so may void your claim.

Upon receipt, all returned products are inspected for completeness and resale condition. Items that are incomplete, damaged, or show signs of use will not be credited. Products returned after seven (7) days may be prorated for wear and cannot be resold as new.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that all products are suitable for their intended use before purchase.

🛠️ Custom Products Policy

Because all Power Engines builds are custom-engineered to your specific requirements, the following applies:

  • Custom-built engines are not returnable or refundable.

  • Any item other than “off-the-shelf” products (i.e., our engines and tailored builds) is considered custom.

  • You must report any problems within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Custom products are assembled to your order specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Our Warranty Policy is available online for review and applies to all eligible builds.

✳️ Note:

  • Any engine modifications must be approved in writing.

  • There will be no price adjustments after 7 days from your initial deposit date.


🧾 Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the complexity and cost of engine builds, the following terms apply:

  • Orders for stock items may be canceled within 5 days of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.

  • If a stock item has already shipped, a handling and restocking fee will apply once it’s returned.

  • Canceling a custom-built engine or any custom product incurs a minimum 25% cancellation fee of the total build cost. This fee covers:

    • Design, processing, and contracting costs

    • Labor and production time

    • Any materials already used in your build

  • Once a custom engine or part has been assembled, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and followed by a phone confirmation.
Please include your order number and reason for cancellation when contacting us.


📦 Shipping Damage & Claims

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
If any damage is visible, note it with the carrier before signing and contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to document damage upon delivery may result in the denial of a damage claim.
